We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Weekend Catering Assistant to join our dedicated Catering team on a fixed term basis for the summer period until September 2026. If you take pride in great customer service and want to make a difference, then this is the role for you.
What you’ll Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service by preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks.
- Supporting food preparation, including high‑risk items such as freshly made sandwiches, salads and cakes.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly – from clearing work stations to washing utensils, and operating the dishwasher.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the kitchen and service areas at all times.
What you’ll Need:
- Excellent customer service skills with a can-do and flexible approach with experience of working in a catering/front of house environment.
- A food hygiene level 1 certificate would be desirable, however full training will be provided.
