Donating your pre-loved items
The items you kindly donate play a vital part in funding the expert care we provide free of charge. Choose to donate to our Donation Centre in Kiln Farm, conveniently open 7 days a week or to your nearest shop during opening hours.
Donating to our donation centre
Our large donation centre in Kiln Farm is open 7 days a week, 10am to 3.30pm and our helpful team are always on hand to help you unload items from your car.
There is ample parking, and you'll be able to park right outside. It's the ideal place to drop off items especially large and bulky items.
Donating to our shops
All of our shops are able accept donations during opening hours and will be gratefully received by our wonderful Team Leaders and Volunteers. For larger items, it would be great if you can call the shop to check they have space to accommodate your donations. Please note that our specialist shops can only accept relevant items, for example, books at the bookshop, and music/instruments at Off The Record.

Bulky collections service

House clearance service
