Explore the variety of volunteering roles to engage your team
Retail operations
We can support one-off or regular, structured volunteering opportunities for your team. Help us speed up the process of sorting incoming donations to generate vital income through our network of shops. Your team may prefer to support our online retail team by photographing and listing items for sale, or packaging and preparing items for posting.
At the Hospice
Your volunteering could include activities like gardening, decorating, serving tea to patients, wrapping gifts for carers or cheering on participants at an event. This could take place here at the Hospice or over in our base at The Well nearby.
Warehouse and distribution
In our warehouse and furniture shop at Kiln Farm, we can have up to 15 colleagues per day helping to prepare stock to be sent out to our network of shops – there’s always a large amount of stock that requires sorting. We can set goals and get everyone involved in different tasks, or all working together.
