Help for patients
As a patient with a life-limiting illness, you’ll receive the best possible care from us – from the moment you’re referred to us until the end of your life, for however long that may be.
The best possible care
Our palliative care hub offers a 24-hour advice and support line to anyone with a palliative diagnosis who is registered with a GP in Milton Keynes. So if this applies to you, you can call us immediately for help. To access our other services, you’ll need to be referred by your GP, a hospital consultant or another healthcare professional.
Our expert, compassionate care is centred around what’s important to you and your specific needs. Doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, counsellors, physiotherapists and many more specialist staff make up our highly skilled teams.
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the local community in supporting us, we can provide all of our care completely free of charge.
We can’t change your diagnosis, but we can help improve your quality of life. We’re here to support patients and their loved ones going through what may be the toughest times they’ve ever experienced to live as well as they can, and enjoy the precious moments they have left together.
